The CyberScan - fully automated - is started immediately after placing an order. This scan takes an average of 10 minutes for small scans and can take up to 1 hour for larger scans. After the scan has been completed, you will automatically receive an e-mail containing a download link to the report.

Request for refund

We do our utmost to provide the best possible service. However, it may happen that you are not satisfied and you want a refund. Because this is an online service that is delivered almost immediately and is specific to your organization / company, we cannot refund you. You can therefore not invoke the Distance Selling Act.

If for any reason you believe that you are entitled to a refund, you can submit a request for this. We will handle and assess these requests on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, you must do the following:

  1. Log in to your CyberScan account.
  2. Go to the "Tickets" page.
  3. Create a new ticket.
  4. Click the "Submit" button.

Our team will process your request within 1-2 business days. If the application is approved, you will receive a refund within 7 working days.
